- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of mashed bell peppers
- 100 grams of spinach
- 20 grams of fresh yeast
- 3 spoons with olive oil

Prepare the red layer:Mix 150 grams of flour with the mashed bell peppers, 1 spoon with olive oil, 7 grams of fresh yeast (previously mix with a bit of honey) and a bit of salt.
Make a non sticky dough and put it to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the green layer:
Mix 150 grams of wheat flour with the spinach, some salt, 7 grams of fresh yeast mixed with a bit of honey and 1 spoon with olive oil and make a non sticky dough.
Let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the white layer:
Mix the remaining flour with the remaining fresh yeast, a bit of salt, the remaining olive oil and the water and make a non sticky dough.
Let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Prepare the bread:
Spread each dough on the table and put them one above the other. Roll it and put it in an oven tray.
Put it in the lower part of the oven and let it bake at 180 Celsius degrees for about 1 hour or until ready.
