Pasta with ricotta and pistachio - recipe

Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
  • 200 grams of pasta
  • 200 grams of ricotta
  • 30 grams of ground pistachio
  • 30 grams of parmesan
  • 30 milliliters of olive oil
  • 30 grams of bacon/speck (optional)
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • salt  
  • pepper



Mix the ground pistachio with 20 milliliters of olive oil, the parmesan, the ricotta, the pepper and the salt. Put it aside while you boil the pasta.



Boil the pasta according to instructions on the box.

When boiled, strain the pasta and then mix it with the cheese composition.


In a frying pan, heat the remaining olive oil and add the crushed garlic and the chopped bacon. Let it fry for a few minutes.


When ready, add it over the pasta.
