- 100 milliliters of milk
- 2 eggs
- a few slices of bread
- a bit of butter for greasing the pan
- fruits
Mix the eggs with the milk.
Add the slices (or chopped slices if you like) of bread and let them soak for a few moments. If the bread is fresh then you don´t have to keep it too long.
Heat a frying pan at medium fire and add the butter. Let it melt and then add the soaked bread.
Let it fry until golden brown and fry on all sides in the same manner.
When ready, you can eat it with fresh fruits, jam or even maple syrup.
