Zucchini pancakes - recipe with step-by-step photos

Ingredients for 10 pancakes:
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 100 grams of grated and strained zucchini
  • 70 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spoons with sunflower oil
  • sunflower oil for frying
  • salt

Clean and grate the zucchini.
Spread some salt and let them strain for 10 minutes.

Add the eggs and beat the composition for a few minutes.

Add the yogurt and mix.

Add the flour and the sunflower oil and mix.

Now, just fry the pancakes like one would normally do with the regular pancakes.
