Turkish delight rolls - recipe with step-by-step photos

Ingredients for 50-55 rolls:
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of Turkish delight
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • 50 millilitres of sparkling water
  • 50 millilitres of milk
  • 5 grams of fresh yeast 
  • 1 spoon with honey
  • a bit of baking powder
  • a few walnuts 



Mix the butter at room temperature with the flour, the baking powder, the milk, the sparkling water, the yeast previously mixed with the honey. Make a non sticky dough.



Divide the dough in 3 equal parts.


Spread one part of the dough on the table as thin as 1-2 cm.

Cut the dough in squares .

Add in a corner a bit of Turkish delight and a small piece of walnut kernel and roll it.



Put them on a tray covered in baking paper and let them bake for 15-20 minutes or until ready.


When ready, pass the rolls through some powder sugar.
