Healthy breakfast based on seeds and fresh fruits, fast and easy recipe

Ingredients for 1 person:
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 1 teaspoon with chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon with flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon with quinoa seeds
  • 1 spoon with goji berries
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 teaspoon with water
  • half of a tangerine
  • a few blueberries 



In a jar or a bowl, mix all the seeds and the goji berries with the milk.
Let it sit for a couple of hours or preferable overnight.

Just before serving, put the passion fruit, the juice from the tangerine and the water in a pot and let it boil for a few minutes at slow fire until the water evaporates.

Let it cool.

Incorporate the passion fruit/tangerine juice in the milk and seeds. Add the blueberries and your breakfast is ready.
