Later on, we found out we are above the kitchen. The noises stopped after 11 PM and then the noises started again at 6 AM.
We could not move into another room because the receptionist told us that the hotel is fully booked, as there was a wedding in the hotel.
It was a really bad, bad experience. There should not be rooms above the kitchen or in around elevators. It's simply disrespectful towards the guests.
The breakfast was decent. Free WiFi and free parking places.
