Ingredients for 1 person:
- 150 milliliters of coconut milk
- 2 spoons with expanded amaranth
- 1 spoon crushed flax seeds
- 1 spoon quinoa seeds
- 1 spoon dried goji berries
- 1 spoon oat bran
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
And you can complete your breakfast with a full plate of fresh and dried fruits.
We used: grapefruit sweetie, a few slices of clementine, a banana, half of a pomegranate, a few dried plums and a few dried date palm.
