Healthy breakfast - vegan recipe

For sure it´s healthy and plentiful.

Ingredients for 1 person:
  • 150 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 2 spoons with expanded amaranth
  • 1 spoon crushed flax seeds
  • 1 spoon quinoa seeds
  • 1 spoon dried goji berries 
  • 1 spoon oat bran
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds




And you can complete your breakfast with a full plate of fresh and dried fruits.

We used: grapefruit sweetie, a few slices of clementine, a banana, half of a pomegranate, a few dried plums and a few dried date palm.
