We change hotels each year for our Christmas holiday in North Italy, that's mainly because we like to try new food each year.
The tartare raw meat at entree was really well spiced, but unfortunately we don´t eat raw meat. The soup, pasta and main dish were good.
The dessert though, well..., the cook is definitely not a specialist (during the 5 nights we staid we had average or medicre desserts: apple strudel and something like danish pastries they serve at breakfast, this black forest and a panna cotta).
