No crust cheesecake - recipe with step-by-step photos

Ingredients:
  • 400 grams cheese
  • 200 grams fresh cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 grams raisins
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams butter
  • 20 grams wheat flour
  • a bit of vanilla sugar
  • a bit of salt


Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
Beat the egg whites with half of the sugar.


Hydrate the raisins in warm water.

Mix the egg yolks with the other half of the sugar, the cheese, the fresh cream, the melted cold butter, the vanilla sugar and the salt.


Incorporate the flour a bit at the time.


Incorporate the beaten egg whites a bit at the time.


Add the raisins and mix.


Put the composition in an oven tray and let it bake at 180 Celsius degrees for 45 minutes or until done.


After cooling you can serve it with some powdered sugar above.
